Blog #3 - The Return…
* Candle Business *
I told you the Blog would be back… on a serious note I apologise. Running a business at Christmas time involves lots of coffee, stamina and strong resilience to solve problems.
We still have a few orders coming in and rushing to get them dispatched!
Big thanks to Teresa who has managed to get us at least 20 hamper orders which has been incredibly helpful!
We are definitely looking forward to a rest before next year when we ramp up production to get prepared for Trading.
* Ardea - Candle Boat *
We’ve been making lots of improvements on Ardea, mainly to aide the team when trading.
We needed an appropriate place to store the shelving as we found bringing them inside all the time caused extra work, and lots of bangs on different doors or floors. So we made a top box to store the shelving and other bits and bobs! Thanks T!
We also built some internal shelving to provide a NEAT solution to storing stock during the trading year.
In progress is also a durable canopy which will attach to the side of Ardea, and provide a relatively decent amount of protection from the weather and more importantly Sun!
That’s about it for this week, oh yes… there won’t be a Blog next Wednesday as it’s CHRISTMAS DAY
