Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.
UK Delivery We ship across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which includes full tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Estimated delivery times are up to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
UK shipping rates are based on the weight of your order:
- Up to 250g — £3.00
- 251g–2,000g — £3.90
- 2,001g–10,000g — £7.15
- Over 10,000g — £14.00
International Shipping
Europe — We ship to Europe via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
- Up to 2,000g — £10.20
- 2,001g–10,000g — £21.30
- 10,001g–15,000g — £28.65
- 15,001g–20,000g — £36.00
USA — We ship to the USA via Royal Mail and Express International for heavier orders.
- Up to 2,000g — £33.00
- 2,001g–3,000g — £33.40
- 3,001g–5,000g — £45.00
- 5,001g–10,000g — £76.00 (Express International)
Fragile Items & Special Handling Our candles are fragile by nature, and we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. Each item is wrapped securely to minimise movement during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
Tracking UK orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 include a tracking number, which will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched. Please note that international tracking availability may vary.
